"A Greenville Christmas"
Greetings to you and your congregation,
The Heart of Greenville LLC is a newly formed non-profit organization here in the
Town of Greenville. We came together as concerned citizens to “bring back the
Country Christmas” to the people of Greenville. Due to the name “Country
Christmas” being legally trademarked by the previous group that sponsored the
event, we had to change the name. The annual event is now called “A Greenville
Christmas”. We would like to invite your congregation to join in with us for this
grand occasion. There will be food, music, bounce houses for the children, health
screenings, opportunities to register to vote, animal exhibits, arts and crafts and fun
for the entire family. The event will be held on December 14, 2024 at Haffye Hayes
Park. The parade will begin at 10:00am. We are asking that your choir/youth choir
come and sing a Christmas selection/Carol. We would also like for your church to
be a sponsor and help support this community event. Any amount that your church
can donate will be greatly appreciated. If your church would like to participate,
please contact us ASAP so we can include your group on the program. We are also
attaching to this letter our vendor registration form and parade registration form
for anyone that may be interested. We may be reached via email at
